Last updated: 18/06/2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TrackPar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

TrackPar is an unofficial golf handicap tracking tool. We provide features including score logging, handicap calculation, course search, and social sharing through “Circles”.

3. User Accounts

To use most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
  • Submit false or misleading golf scores or course data.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users through the platform.

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of the golf scores and data you submit. By posting content, you grant TrackPar a limited licence to use, display, and process that data solely to operate the service (for example, to calculate handicaps or share rounds within your Circles).

6. Handicap Disclaimer

TrackPar calculates handicap indexes using standard WHS formulas. However, this is an unofficial tool. Handicap indexes generated here are for personal tracking and friendly competition only. They may not be recognised by official golf unions or clubs. Always verify your official handicap with your local golf association.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

TrackPar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
